World Class Commuter College
Hi - I grew up in Detroit, attended Wayne State - then University of Michigan. Wayne is a good school - very urban - its more a commuter school. their best students can compete pretty much anywhere and I found all the professors accessible, caring and helpful. Detroit is spread out and has been getting better, but things are spread out and the community that was part of the university didnt go farther than a few blocks from campus. Check out Wayne State
Thereis an art of detroit tribe you should check out. Wayne State is great, Great law program and Great architecture program, Very mature student body, but you probably know all that.
